For MDD + OCD + SAD which of the below combination is better for a pre-diabetic Option 1) Fluoxetine + Olanzapine Option 2) Fluvoxamine + Respiridone (+Trihexiphenidyl ) Which option is more effective? Which option has better long term tolerance? Thank you

For a patient with pre diabetes we will like to avoid a medicine which causes more weight gain. In the list of medicine you have given olanzapine causes more weight gain followed by risperidone  followed by fluvoxamine and  fluoxetine (on long term use). At last I don't think it is mandatory for one with MDD or OCD to use antipsychotic drugs.
