I have been prescribed Clonzapam 0.25mg for two weeks for anxiety and insomnia due to hypothyroidism . CAn I just suddenly Stop the drug suddenly . Or will I have severe withdrawal symptoms . I'm Male 30

Hi doctor.m doing job and i am not able to sleep for 8 hours.. After working more than 10-12 hours m not able to sleep. Every time m getting irate. M not able to control my anger. I feel pressurised. Please help me to come out from this

Every time I get My Periods these things happens to me. I feel like I am going crazy and I have no control on my emotions. I get Mood swings,Depression or feelings of hopelessness,Intense anger and conflict with other people,Tension, anxiety, and irritability No interest in your usual activities,Trouble concentrating,Fatigue,Appetite changes Feeling out of control,Sleep problems Cramps and bloating,Breast tenderness,Headaches,Joint or muscle pain. And suicidal thoughts overtakes my brain. I actually looked up ways to end my life. This happens to me 3-4 days before my Mensuration cycle and gets worse when I get my periods. But after my periods I get back to normal. Is it normal or not ? Because it is disrupting my relationships with my family and friends.

From last 4-5 years I'm living sedentary life with more or less social life. Don't have any friends around. I doing nothing. Just eat, sleep and repeat. That's my life. By the end of 2018 year I was diagnosed with OCD. Been on and off medicines. Problems faced by me now - easily get irritated, annoyed, angry, lost interest in any activity ( esp studies ) , procrastination seems have become my true friend, my decisions are impulsive , always feel tired and I have developed sleep disorder too. Sometimes 15 hours sleep seems less. Sometimes I feel little/Minute headache. Oh yes, I'm very impatient too. So my query is - will all these problem disappear with the help of these medicines given to me ?and yes, I know I need to do some physical activity too. sodium valproate 300mg - has been prescribed to me. मै डिप्रेशन की मेडिसिन पर तीन महीने से हूं इसी बीच मेरे फादर कि डेथ हो गई हमारे में नियम है कि 13 फीन तक हमको फल पर ही रहना पड़ता है मेरा सवाल है कि किया मै फल के बाद डिप्रेशन कि मेडिसिन ले सकता हूं किया इससे मेडिसिन का इफेक्ट कम तो नहीं होगा

I am looking to consult a psychiatrist to discuss my issue of facing fearful thoughts resulting in anxiety and repeated behaviours. Lately these thoughts have often been about (1).Philosophical concepts of life and everything. (2). Pseudo scientific concepts. So I would be very much comfortable to discuss my thoughts with a strict scientific skeptic who has a strong scientific temper. Please help.

My elder brother is suffering from some kind of psychosis, I feel. He has been an abuser of marijuana/ganja since 2015. Due to such long term abuse he is having some behavioural problems, some speech changes as well such as rapid, talkative, etc., Urinary frequency, anti social and disruptive, weakness, lethargy, lack of interest in day to day activities at home. Due to all these my family is facing a lot of problems. Daily fights have become so common. And he never talk what is going in his mind or what is he thinking. He is 25 years old. If anyone could suggest us what to do in this case that would be really helpful. Thank you.

My 3 years old child is very stubborn voilent in nature... He sometimes throws things, breaks them. He is so talkative, don't want to sleep, very weak, don't want to eat food. But sometimes very emotional and understanding...don't know what to do?

Sir I am student.from previous 2 years my treatment of OCD is going on by a psychiatrist.The psychiatrist is treating my OCD with psyvoxin 50 (FLUVOXAMINE 50mg) in morning and In evening I take syconil 12.5 mg (clomipramine 12.5mg)+ psyvoxin 50mg (fluvoxamine 50) Now, whenever I replace syconil 25 mg with clonil 25 mg due to unavailability.. I still take in evening clonil12.5 mg instead of syconil 12.5 with psyvoxin 50 mg... But I feel sudden jerk in my legs of hands everynight when I goes to sleep and sometimes I awake.. So question no 1: why is this happening although salt of syconil25 (from psycoremedies) and clonil25 ( intas) is same ?? Question no 2 : can the problem of my hypnic jerk be solved by adjusting the dose of clonil 25 mg. Question no 3. I had told the problem of hypnic jerk to my psychiatrist he said don't worry it will not harm you?Is my psychiatrist giving right advise to me?? Please answer these 3 questions.. I am worried ☹️ about this

Hai... Iast yr when I was with my gf at railway station, a lightning occoured, the sound ws so loud that my gf hugged me tight. I ws hearing that for the 1st tym. Even I was afraid but i overcame it that time. But this year the lightning is more as compared to last tym i just can't bear that sound. My heart start beating faster when I hear it, and feels like pain in chest. My weather alert was on but i turned it off because it was constantly checking it when it started raining. Now as the rain stopped but again thunderstorm started and I am feeling same again. Jst was praying to God to stop that. But I need to overcome this permanently. Becoz I would be shifting to native in 3-4 years after marriage. There the thunderstorm  is more as compared to this place. Please help me overcome this fear. Jst to inform you in my childhood my cousin sisters used to make me fear of darkness and ghost stories. When I grew up I overcame it. Please help me from this too. Is there any meditation?
