Doctor prescribe olanex F(5),chimist send medicine olanex F(5mg/20mg),is this same medicine? Plz help.

I got anxitey 8 months back and iam on antidepressent and iam very well with hhe medicine.i want to know do i get cure completly from anxitey disoder do i get relaps or withdrawal after completion of antidepressants (complete tappering).

My vitamin b-12 is 187 pg/ml. I take SSRI and TCA also from past 1 year. I have been taking methylcobalamin 1500 mcg from past 25 days but no significant improvement happened. What should i do?

Hello doctor, I am an 18 year old girl suffering from depression and anxiety.I really want to get rid of this problem but I am not able to.I have been suffering from this problem since 7 years and couldn't get over it yet.I feel like giving up on life sometimes.I regret being a part of the society. I was a bit shy since my childhood and meeting new people was an issue for me and now it has become a major problem for me.I experience major panic attacks most of the times.It feels like there is something that's killing me from inside but can't figure out what's that. When I am alone I start overthinking and even if I am busy doing something,something goes on in my mind and I start thinking about that. Sometimes I start blaming myself for being like this and not getting any solution for this. I feel like I am not like this in real.It's just because of anxiety issue that has made me like this.I want to be what I am in real without being afraid of anything. Please help me in that.

I can't control anything when I in anger.. I don't know what I'm doing ..i need to smoke 10to 12 daily... I couldn't control my anger.. Even I can hit anybody when I'm angry... I just want to cry.. Want to finish. Myself..

I have had problems with my family regarding my relationship since quite some time. But my partner has been very supportive. I used to have anxiety attacks previously, along with burst of emotions. But my partner got recently diagnosed with sever depression and thought it's not right of him to make me suffer. My parents on the other hand have found another guy for me. My mood swings have become severe, with acute chest pain at times. I function normally most of the time during the day and I get sleep too, but then suddenly something happens and it drains me out completely. This stress is becoming too much and I feel I will become cynical.

Sir/Madam Since 20 days I am repeatedly getting negative thoughts and fear by feeling that some thing is going to happen and I may get covid effect when I went outside. Then I went for a test and got result NEGATIVE(means no problem). Still I am not able to come out of this fear and negative thoughts. Due to this I am not able to have food, good sleep also.
