Greetings! What i could jot down from your comment is: Difficulty in concentration Intrusive thoughts Excessive worry Disturbance in sleep These somehow put you on anxiety spectrum which needs a combined treatment plan of medication and psychotherapy
Next Steps
Please book an online consultation with a psychiatrist and he would help you with proper intervention.
Health Tips
medication doesnt help like this. you need to go for proper CBT where the therapist helps you to find alternate explanations to your thoughts and also help you to practice mindfulness.

Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders are treatable with psychotherapy  (CBT) and medicine (SSRIs and bezodiazepines). For sleep you should follow sleep hygiene practices ( I have given those in helpful tips session)
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist (online or offline) for your treatment
Health Tips
sleep hygiene practices: 1. fixed wake-up time 2. early morning exercise 3. No naps during daytime 4. No tea or coffee after 6:00pm 5. No mobile or TV screen before bed. 6. comfortable bedding for sleep 7. Use bedroom for sleep only ( No TV or reading in bedroom) 8. don't stay in bed for more than 30 minutes if you don't get sleep. come out of bed read a book till you feel sleepy. you can try it many times but don't spend time in bed trying to get sleep. 9. stay positive don't let your mind be occupied with negative thoughts about sleep.
