My age is 73 and I am suffering from diabetes , Parkinson disease as well as panic disorder symptoms .. my question is why sometime i feel like my feets got chills, pain in chest ,and throat feels like stickey kindly suggest me what should I do !

All the symptoms you mentioned, chills of feet, chest pain and dryness of throat can occur in anxiety among other things. In case you have been diagnosed with panic disorder elsewhere , these symptoms can present this way. But unless we know your proper history, its difficult to counsel and suggest remedy
