Parkinson disease
My father in law has been suffering from Parkinson disease. But now his behaviour is very violent very often. He tries to attack family members. He does not regret also. The whole family is very upset and it is difficult to control him. He does not allow people to enter the house. Should we admit him in the hospital.

It is not uncommon for a person to exhibit personality change when one is suffering from Dementia. It is advised that you seek professional help and if need be do admit him to Psychiatric IPD.
