I understand how much pain you are undergoing. Your problem is called somatization disorder. It comes under Anxiety spectrum, where you would suffer with physiological symptoms of sweating, increased heart beat, decreased appetite, inclusive of somatic complaints and even depressed, thinking of being helpless condition. Somatization disorder is purely psychological condition and there is a treatment through therapeutic approach I.e. CBT.. dont worry, there is a cure for your problem. .
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist RCI licensed for the better treatment.
