Thanks for your query. “ Psychic” or psychological symptoms or symptoms of the mind: anxiety, sadness, obsessions, psychosis, inattention, etc. Somatic symptoms or physical symptoms of body (including brain) without a clear underlying medical cause: Pain (anywhere in body) including headaches, weakness, fatigue, dizziness, diarrhea, constipation, movement problems, pain during sex, etc. Psychological symptoms can worsen somatic symptoms and vice versa.
