GAD Somatic/GAD Insomia
Hi, I was diagnosed with GAD Somatic/GAD Insomia on Dec 2020 and I have been on Propranolol LA-40mg, Escitalopram 10mg, Quetiapine 25mg My symptoms are Shortness of Breath Unable to sleep at night Shivering sometimes So the doctor told me to take the same for 3-4years Please can I get a second opinion regarding this as it is approx. 1.5 years and the symptoms occur if my tablets time are delayed and the main issue is the weight gain and my stomach is full everytime I drink water Can I lose weight as the doctor has advised for Obigark Capsules however it is not doing anything significant Please advise ?

Hi, So with given background I am not clear about your illness, and treatment will depend on that. you need to speak to treating doctor about your treatment plan including ways to discontinue medications

U need to change ur medicine. As u are not getting remission from that medicine. Consult a psychiatrist
