Somatic ocd
I have developed terrible somatic ocd of breathing and due to the same I am often hyperventilating which makes me dizzy and am not able to function properly. I m in my 33rd week of pregnancy. I am on sertraline 50 and this is my 3rd week of serta. When should this type of ocd subside. Also, what are the effects of constant hyperventilation on the foetus.

In the 3rd trimester of 6 to the increased size of baby hyperventilation can occur, but if it is hampering your work, then consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment.
