Psycho Somatic Symptoms
I have been facing issues like weakness, fatigue and shortness of breath although Medical reports turn out to be normal except for me having mild asthma. I'm using Symbicort Turbuhalor and been prescribed to take Nexito 10 mg tablets for Anxiety.
I have been always fearing or reluctant towards anti-depressants and have never taken them.
Is it safe to go ahead with Anti Depressant. Do they have any side effects. Please advice.
Recently I underwent Septaplasty for Deviated Nasal Septum and Swollen Turbinates.

Antidepressants are very safe & effective for anxiety issues. A course of 6 months is a good duration but if problems resolve dose can be reduced after 6 weeks.
