I have symptoms like : forgetting things, forgetting little things, depression, and I feel tired all the time. I haven't seen myself feel active or fresh in past years. I have had a lot of mental breakdowns. I am a highly sensitive person. I suffer from a lot of stress, anxiety that sometimes it's hard to breathe. I can't watch news or keep myself updated on what's going on in the world, it gives me a lot of anxiety and tension. I think a lot negative thoughts, mostly about death. I can't concentrate that is why I haven't read any single book in my life. I also have to repeat things just in order to make it right or so I could be comfortable maybe it is a sign of OCD? Could you please help if I need to see a psychiatrist or psychologist or therapist and do you think I could get diagnosed with something?
