Hi doc, just want to knw is it safe to take Ashwagandha tablets with escitalopram 10? Is there any durg interaction between these medication. Will be much thankful for the advice.

My wife diagnosed with multiple nodler goiter. There is presence of some swelling on neck near thyroid gland. Thyroid hormones report is normal. She is taking currently antipsychotic medicine after Post partum psychosis. My question is that can she take homeopathy treatment for goiter with antipsychotic medicine (respi, flutee,etweet,zolepnite,bolane). Will there not be side effects of homeopathy medicine with these antipsychotic medicine.

Could any psychologist help how to stop quarrel between my mother and wife both of them are dustrubing a lot for small issues,complaining on each other and shouting.Could you suggest to stop quaral and make them love each other.Thankyou

Can anxiety & stress cause constant blurred vision even though your vision is 6/6. I got it checked from an eye doctor who said the eyesight is fine. I read that Chronic anxiety can cause such symptoms ? Is that true and if yes, then what is the best treatment for the blurred vision ? Thank you

From last few days my sister is going through some unusual behaviour and she is talking about some old memories and same things repeatedly and not feeling well.

I try hard everyday, sometimes harder than my friends but I still fail at what's considered normal. When I try to study, I lose focus so easily that I end up reading the same line over and over again and sometimes spend an hour reading the same page. When I read, I miss small words and sometimes read 'isn't' as 'is' and miss out 'not' that changes the meaning of the sentence. I am 21 and I still get confused with spellings that have more than one vowel (spelling separate as seperate or separete). I also day dream to an extent where I want to enact my dreams, and I get so lost in them that I sometimes believe that's the reality. I thought all this was normal until my friends pointed out that it isn't. I don't know if I'm just really stupid and not trying hard enough or if I have a learning disability, and I'm not sure whom to consult regarding this. Please help!
