Last 2.5 months I have taken medicine librotryp ds at night for anxiety my problems is that without medicine i can not sleep how many days i can take the said medicine...my heart palpitations and little bit feel pressure in hearts location...is it heart problems or comes from anxiety? How many days i can take librotry ds medicine?

I'm on etizolam 0.5mg..morning..risperidone 0.5mg and desvenlafaxine 100mg at night ..from past 6months I've seen 60-65% recovery..but not 100% ...is there need for any other medicines..pls suggest

I was prescribed Dveniz 50 for depression and it worked very well for few months ,and later It stopped working ,upping the dose to 100mg does not suit me. Will it work if I chang to some different brand ?

I urge to yawn excessively but I can't yawn  completely there is incomplete yawning when I can't complete my yawn I feel suffocated and I feel tightness in breath and urge to take deep breaths and I urge to do abdominal breathing but not feeling difficulty from chest I can't yawn completely often and there is incomplete yawning excessively whole day and when I complete yawn I feel better for a microsecond but the same condition starts again and there is always a sensation of yawning on my face. I have enlarged nasal turbinates  and congestion and  I have a problem of allergic rhinitis i also have a problem of gas and acidity. Can enlarged nasal turbinates lead to mouth breathing which leads to yawning?my other habits:i am also suffering from gastric problem for 2 months. And my mind gets tired of this problem. Sleeping late in night anxiety level high.Chest X ray normal ECGand CRP test normal oxygen level 99.CBC normal. what is the reason of yawning ? problem started on 30/10/2020
