Already taking nexito and petril 0.5  for 1 months  do I need to stop the petril 0.5  when fever kicks in or can I continue the medicine during fever  also ?

I am a hypothyroid patient from 2016.in 2013 suffered from depression and psychiatry doctor prescribed me to take dicorite er 125 tablet and olenze 2.5 mg I stopped in the middle by 2014 shall I continue now

I am suffering from anexity and some time I have very agressive mood it is very difficult for me to control myself...

I had depression & anxiety after Covid lockdown and a doctor prescribed Stalopam 5 and Zapiz 0.25. Problem is doctor is just increasing dosage and continuing for over 4 months. I'm totally fine. Can I reduce dosage gradually and get off medication myself?

I am going through a divorce right now. It was a love marriage but unfortunately I discovered a lot of negative things after the marriage. Now I randomly wake up in the middle of the night, sometimes while I am doing some other work my heart beat increases and I become very anxious . My chest sometimes hurts and my stomach feels weird . Now I don't feel like doing anything, even things that I liked to do . I don't know what should I do or what these symptoms indicate. Should I visit a therapist or a psychiatrist?

Due to some scenarios I am having panic attacks and lot of trust issues in every single thing. Having difficulty in day to day life in coordination or any social interaction. With my partner everyday I doubt on him he is trying to keep me calm but our relationship is ruining because of this. I just want to know what is my problem. Is there anything? I just want to live my life peacefully and it seems like it's very difficult.
