Panic Attacks & Anxiety
Hi, I get panic attacks when I get responsibility in workplace. I have rejected so many projects in the fear of not able to meet the client requirements. Few years ago I have resigned my previous job within 3 days of joining with the fear of not able to meet their requirements. As soon as I sense even a small trouble in life I automatically cry loudily in an continous manner and get stressed to the point that I cannot sleep and eat. Why is it so difficult for me to handle the stress? I have let go so many good opportunities because of an unknown fear. I have always quit anything that  has stressed me and prefer running away. As soon as I get any new responsibility I get all the negative thoughts about it and find a reason to quit it. Please help.
