I can really breathe that much. It feels like something that weighs on my chest. I'm taking clonazepam and Fluoxetine but it doesn't really help that much. Please help me!

I am on sertraline 100 mg since 1 years.i had mild motor tic in childhood. But now tic come back with more intense. Can sertraline worse tic. To stop the tic, doctor prescribed me olanzapine 5 mg. Now, tic is low than before but not completely.i talked with some tic patients who told me that in some patients sertraline can produce tic exceptionaly. What are your opinion. I can't change medicine because other ssris don't work in my case. Can u suggest me some medicine to reduce tic.

Iam currently taking nexito 5 one and half around 7 pm but it interfere with sleep ie need Higher dose of clonazepam to down in the night. my anxiety increased time is afternoon . Can I take the medicine morning or noon? is it help with the afternoon panic and anxiety and induce sleep on night ?
