I used to be full time lucid dreamer. And my dream would be very very very detailed and I would remember them all 100%. Only a very few times I used to forget 20-40% of parts of dreams. But since last 2 weeks I haven't been dreaming much(as I remember) and I have lost full control over them. So today when I started dreaming I didn't have control and didn't remember much for a brief period of time but when I realised I'm dreaming, I did one of my stuff to get in control but I didn't get 100% control and when I tried too hard to alter stuff I just felt a cut off and I went into deep deep sleep and got up directly in morning. What could be the reason of I loosing control like this ?

Is it possible to overcome breakup pain and careeer related prbm with medicine..? when i am in stress ,unable to eat anything unable to concentrate on my studies.. meanwhile i have so many exam in future.. please guide me

I m taking drinka from last 10 years heavily. Tries number of times to quit but all times failed. Now I visited a neuro -psychiatrist He advised me Amamprol 333mg morning and night 2. Lopez 2g morning and night 3 fludac 20 in morning as well Liv 52 tablet.. Are this medicine helpful for me to quit alcohal. I know that willpower is more important than the medicine but anyhow need second opinion about the above prescriptions.. thanks

I cry alott. I never used to so weak. Now I feel lost. I feel my career will never happen and I have no rights on my life.

I am feeling an unexplained fear of dying in my mind, as have seen a guy dying by heart attack at the age of 25 I started to panic and I am having breathlessness and also I have the fear of dying.

I have started taking my first ever psychiatric medicines 1 week back; Rexipra-10 SSRI tablet with Rejunex CD3 tablets for my panic and anxiety as prescribed by my doctor .. but when I take Rexipra at night , while sleeping I get brain zaps and it feels like high frequency sound in my ears... this wasn't happening before taking these tablets ... please advice.. I feel mild brain zaps in mornings also ..
