I didn't read the prescription carefully and was taking Nexito 10 and Venla XR 37.5mg twice a day ( In evening too ) since last 3 days. Is there any side effects ? Should i continue thr same now on or should i take it as prescribed ???

I have path breaking problem here. The thing is that I am having a kind of metamorphosia from 2 months in which straight lines appear bent or slanted . Similarly rectanglelook more of a trapezoid. Symptoms are persistent 24/7.Its evident on computer screen, books all the time. I have had dilated retinal exams as well as macular OCT, and everything has come out normal as per opthalmologists. Now I want your advice. Is it neuropsychiatric issue? I have remained under hypochondria/health related anxiety since 2 years. I have issue of overthinking/restless mind. Even before this visual problem, my mind was disturbed and I felt I put too much strain on it. What would cure me in this situation? SSRI or its rather a case of antipsychotic medicine? I already have a prescription of low dose SSRI from an internist which I am about to start. But I want to know your views whether it is what will cure me of the problem. Have you encountered such case in clinical practice. What is it exactly?

I think I have PTSD & what not. I've not been able to talk to anyone who can help. I have been trying to get help from my family and friends but that seems extremely hopeless. I don't know what I want to do about what's going on. It has started to take a toll on my life. I have many sleepless nights and the nights that I do sleep are filled with nightmares and sleep paralysis. My bp is 145-110. I drink once a month, I have weed once a month and I smoke 4-5 times a month, 3-4 ciggys each time. I'm not able to be steady on anything. I've become a pessimist and a procrastinator. There are many things that would be very difficult to speak openly. If anyone could recommend me a psychologist from Pune it would be great. I want to try out Therapy before medication. I'm desperate to make things right and I think that's the first step. I need a good guide and a patient listener.

I was suffering from anxiety and depression through which in think i have recovered a lot but still i fail to understand that trauma i faced keeps coming in my mind every time i do some work like walking talking with friend eating food etc. Cab anyone suggest me how to clear mind with all unwanted thoughts.
