I am taking galop 5mg for mild restlessness and anxiety I think I should take it wherever I need or when I feel anxiety can I take it occasionally

Hello doctor Goutam here, I m 30 years old, I have some anxiety,mania,virtigo problem from childhood,almost 5years ago a neurologist suggest me some blood check up and MRI brain,Blood report all are ok BP also ok 115/75 but in MRI there is some small spot in left besal ganglia,  so he suggested me clopitab75 for three month, betacap tr 40 and zaptra 12.5, on that time my anxiety and depression level was too high. After three month he stopd clopitab75 But for depression he said continue beptacap and zaptra, after one year of treatment I felt good, depression anxiety gose down, but there was some problem aslo like concentration, memory problems, fickle mind some time palpitations from last 5year I m taking those medicine, now I take zaptra in alternative days from last 2 month and from last 6month betacap tr reduce 40 to 20,are those medicines very hurmfull for brain and heart? now it's tension for me and I am again in depression, so how can I get rid off those medicine??Thank you doctor

Hello, past two weeks Im not been able to sleep properly...I sleep at around 10:30 but wake up around 2:30 and cnt go to sleep... usually nightmares wake me up then I cnt fall back asleep so I get anxious... through out the day I have a dull and an uneasy headache at the back of my head... suddenly my heart beat rushes and q sudden fear comes...all I want to be normal and happy... please help me

My sister has ocd and psychosis problem.. repeats sentence.. and stretch lip some time in talk and then speaks. Doctor gave him olimelt 10 mg.. and arip mt 10.. is that any side effect of olimelt 10 ? As it is higher dose.

Advice me a  specialist Phystric Doctor for consultantion and he should give a electronic prescription with icd diagnosis coding along with Treatment.

Hai sir/madam I suffering from all symptoms of depersonalization and derealisation since 2012 till now it continue I consult many psychiatric hospitals like nimhans hospital and erragadda mental hospital and other private hospitals also they give me many counselling and medicine like CBT and mindfulness techniques breathing exercises and medicine like lamtrogine and fluxetine and Resipidrone and olanzapine and clonazepam and lorazepam and  escitalopram and paroxetine give  different medicine different hospital like above but still my symptoms of depersonalization are continue from 12 years 24/7 till now continue plz help it many problem with my studies and works and inferior more plz tell there is on cure of my dpdr otherwise plz recommend other way like homeopathy is because my family is very poor if  i got suicidal attempts they will also say suicide plz help...it my chronic problems from 12 years
