.I am unable to write what I m going through...my mind is disturbed as it seems it is not active or working...I am taking wrong decisions...my understanding power is low...I am taking anti depressants...bt still no results...I am worried

Your medications require dose adjustment along with that some psychotherapy may help. Kindly revisit your psychiatrist and also see a psychologist for therapy
