Problem in social Adjustment
I have problem in social adjustment,my self esteem is low,I am very inattentive,disorganised person,forget things,cant focus on one thing,inconsisitency in thoughts,talkativeness,0 tolerance,anger issue,cant concentrate on one things,overthinking also.I dont know how to overcome these problems.
