Kidney Problems

My dad is now close to 65 years of age. He has been having urine issue lately and cannot hold urine. As a result he is peeing on way to washroom many a times. This is happening many times during the night although it gets reduced back to normal during daytime. Can you suggest me medicine or ways in which this can be reduced? I know many people with old age develop this and is quite common.

I am having frequent urination and continuous urge since almost 2 Months its fluctuates sometimes i have to go 3 time in a hour some times less but on average atleast 2 is compulsory i can hold for sometime but it becomes urge increases also i did ultrasound doc said its is fine urine culture was also fine and creatinine too. Doc said its is due to anixety i am fed up with this kindly advise.

Which test best detects the presence of Urinary Tract Infection ? Urine Routine Examination or Urine Culture ?

Please suggest me a polyuria medicine otherwise it will make my life dull and depressed... As per my knowledge, I got as medicine side effects... Still, symptoms are there... Please help Urine report is attached

I have pain during and after bowel movement. I had a fissure surgery 2 years ago. Now i feel again the same. Now i am taking too much fluid and loads of fruits and fiber. Please suggest the cause of feeling. Is it due to surgery not went well or due to my daily intake. Please guide me if i need to go for surgery again or taking medicine and following the fiber diet is sufficient. Please suggest medicines.

Hello Dr...From last 7 months I am facing some issues..In JAN MY KFT was normal which was done as a regular routine blood work...In May for the firat time in 3 years increase in CREATININE upto the highest limit of the lab was seen...Doctor suggested that it is within the range so no.need of worry (1.39...Lab range was 0.6-1.4)...I repeated that test for every weekbin the next 2 months...It never increased from that value and comes to 1.17 once...Then I contacted another doctor who uggested for urine tests and USG which all comes normal...Only MUCOUS THREADS were seen...He said that all is f9 Now...I am facing a discomfort in my left lower back...Initially it was limited to the lowest part...Now It is reached upto the Kidney area along with left side...Also I am facing some urine issues...Urine output is almost equal to the liquid intake...But frequency and stream of urine is changed...Kindly guide what can be the possible reasons...and which speciality I need to consult If required.
