Region of cervix shows nabothian cysts
Uterus is anteverted, anteflexed, normal in size and shape. It measures 6.1× 3.4× 2.5 cm. Myometrial echoes are homogenous. No focal lesson is seen. Endometrial lining well seen and central, measures 2.6 mm. Region of cervix shows few nabothian cysts.
Bilateral parametrial ovarian veins are diluted, measuring 6 mm on right side and 4 mm on left side. No evidence of dilated intramyometrial veins.
Both ovarian are not visualised- post menopausal atrophy. Cul-de-sac is clear
