Hello, First UTI infectioned took medicine and rolled out but pain in lower right side of ribs so done with scan result comes as calculi in kidney what should follow and is that range need to blast by nephrologist?? food diet to get natural remedy???

I am currently experiencing frequent urination (in morning specially every after 20/30 mins)and sometimes back pain as well.i have taken may medications like flavospas but nothing completely cured that.My sonography report was normal too but with partially distended bladder so i need proper medication for that to stop frequent urination and back pain. 2 months back on 6th October We planned my mother's cataract Her sugar bp was normal and creatinine was 2.4 we were relax and weren't aware of the coming risk During cataract she felt restless but her eyes only phemto was done And her bp suddenly shoot up above 200 and we called for cardiac ambulance and shifted her to hospital there doctor said she will hardly survive and that moment I collapsed it all happened in a blink of eye I started cursing myself Again from there she was moved to AIMS HOSPITAL where they did her covid test which was negative even though done twice Now she is better and out of danger and at home Now in next week her cataract is planned for completion Her sugar bp is normal and creatinine 2.79 My 2 questions are as follows: 1. During her first cataract before 2 to 3 days she was finding choking and even if she walked a while she was not at ease 2. Can we do her cataract in next week

Hi All, I have been sitting in a bad posture for a while for hours to work and iam on diet to reduce my weight for the past one month . I have upper back pain , the pain mostly on left side , sometimes on right too. It's been like 10 days. I am really worried about my problem I am not able to pee at public restrooms or any kind of public place like in college itself I searched this thing on google and it says this is called as shy bladder which is due to anxiety and depression BUT I DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE and I AM TOTALLY NORMAL HAPPY AND EVERYTHING I am really worried about this thing as i have to travel here and there for work and study Please help me out here
