Hello doctor when i did urine test it was found that I have urine albumin traces so I did urine protin ratio test it got 0.01 but it should be in between 0.03-0.3 I'm attaching my medical documents also I have a medical to fly to other country so can you guys help me

Increased uric acid 8.3
Increased level of uric acid at 8.3 with gout pain in feet. Taking tablet fabustat 40 mg since 3 days but not much relief yet. Should I get other tests done. Should I consult a nephrologist or a urologist for this.
