My father K Dasharath aged 51 years recently diagnosed with AKI (serum creatinine was around 4.2mg/dl to 6.2mg/dl).Two sessions of dialysis done this month. Due to raising creatinine levels to 8.4mg/dl. Hence planned for Renal biopsy was done on 08-01-2020. Report enclosed.

Renal biospy report does not suggest any additional therapy apart from dialysis (if needed) and supportive care. Also IF is unavailable in your report.
