Kidney Problems

I have mild pain below belly If i touch only i feel pain before 5 days ... last 3 days I have frequent urination.. every one hour I go for urine .. i feel thirsty , dehydrated..I body pain and fatigue also ... I attach my ultrasound and urine routine report .. I have pus cell 1 to 2 and Epithelial cell 1 to 2... what's my problem ?

Creatine increases from 1.5mm to 2.9 in 3months...and 2.9 to 4.2 in 24hours.. If i go with stone surgery...will i get weakness?

I have facing frequently urine From last 14 months .In days times i have go to urine every 1 hours .and in night every 3hours. I will check kft, bladder, sugar ,bp,blood,kidney stone every thing is ok ,but problem is running. I have changed doctor he also checked same then medicines not work. Since around 6 Months, She has Mild Burning Sensation  (apparently towards Right Side) in lowermost Urine passing Organ At times this Burning Sensation increases, At Such times , She has to urinate Very Frequently . This is very Problematic at her age. She also has been using Adult Diaper since around 5 years. It is Round the Clock since about One Year. If something New Happens , She has 'ghabrahat', in such situation ,her hands & legs Start vibrating( kanpna ) Mildly. She also has difficulty walking, So is Confined To House.

Is it normal creatinine level my mother is using nephrozon tablets since 1year and my doubt is normal or abnormal
