ACR report is also normal so what should I do now why Creatinine and Phosphorus is high.. should I worry or not I don't have diabates or hypertension

Hi sir, While doing blood check, I have observed that my BUN level is slightly lower than range. Limit 8.9 to 20.6 - my result 8.2. It is also noted that my creatine and sodium level is within normal range but is on bottom. Creatine range - 0.72 to 1.25 - my result 0.80 Sodium range - 136 to 145 - my result 137. Please let me know is it normal or do I require more investigation. Regards, Dnyaneshwar

I am 70 years old Male. I went through one blood test and found that my AVERAGE BLOOD GLUCOSE (ABG) is 206 and HbA1c is 8.8%, so my doctor (diabetician) prescribed me medicine and mild exercise. She also mentioned that the value of EST. GLOMERULAR FILTRATION RATE (eGFR) is 82, so I should check this value with Nephrologist as I am old aged. Please suggest if you think this value is high and if my Kidneys are not okay as per this report?
