I can see Fatty liver Grade 1-2 in my ultrasound abdomen test and little bit hight bilrubin, will it gets normal, what is fatty liver will it gets normal with exercise and lifestyle changes...

From last two months i having swelling ,pain and numbness in my fingers, palm and on face.one day suddenly my fingers turn normal color to yellow n then become blue in color..and numbed.in morning it increase.i done these test for that
