Off-late I have been facing issue as I get sudden pee for a little amount and have no control over it . What could be the reason for the same .

I have shown to 2 urologists, I have burning sensation starts after emptying bladder since 3 weeks,I had pain in urethra recently, bt pain subsided, burning sensation is still there, I got fever 2 days back with chills, vomitings, I had done all the tests like u/s abdomen,uroflowmetry,RUG.. everything is normal in that,I am using bactrim,niftran, dolo also for fever at once, still the burning sensation is not relived, kindly do the needful..

Patient have hypertension from 5 to 8 years due to hypertension brain hemorrhage occur After craniotomy creating level is 2 by the use of some medicine is the level is down to 1.4 but suddenly creatinine level goes to 3.6 and next 5.6 in just 3 days and urine totally shut down. Then 3 continuous dialysis also medication is given for urination but no urine output. Please explain the condition, suggest the correct line of treatment.

After brain hemorrhage surgery patient is conscious can understand and recognise little speak and all limbs are working. But creatinine level 2.3 at the of surgery but urine output is normal and it is slow down to 1.47 by the treatment. But suddenly the level goes to 5.6 and urine totally shut down.
