Hello Dr. Uncle having frequently urination. Day n night. Night he has much urination. Since 4-5 years. Now consult Dr. Dr advice Tablet Pantop Tablet roliflo OD 2 AT MORNING 8 AM. for how many days we have to use this tablet for his problem.?? Pt having no sugar. HB 9 . BP NORMAL BUT ON TREATMENT. PLZ SUGGEST ME SOMETHING TEST IF ANY NEEDED. ROLIFLO OD 2 FOR HOW MANY DAYS.SIR?? SENDING USG REPORT PLZ CHECK IT SIR

For the past 1 year I have observed weaker urinary stream and big drop in bladder pressure. Also noticed am not able to push my bladder and while passing urination its more of start stop start flow. Any recommendations ?

I am 36 years old, male experiencing bubbly/foamy urine from past 4 months, restless legs, fatigue, back pain (mostly on the left side). My egfr was 117 in 2019 Sep and blood & urine tests were normal conducted in 2020 Feb (ser creatinine 0.8). I am on Betacap tr 20 (2 times a day) medication from 2 years and my blood pressure is under control. I fell backwards 6 months does that had any impact or is it due to something else, please advise.

Few days back I had prostate lazer operation. My prostate was on grade 4. That pieces of prostate was sent to a lab for testing after operation. The report came normal. My question is Can this prostate problem recur again? My doctor who is a surgeon didn't give me any medicine for prostate after surgery. Should I consult an uro or nephro for future?

I am into weight lifting,do heavy lifting 2 hours a day, therefore I take a high protein diet(160 gm protein) but I also diagnosed with albuminuria/proteinuria.does this mean I need to stop consuming protein.i weigh 85 kg and I workout 6 days a week
