Kidney Problems

Hydronephrosis and hydroureteresis due to 5mm stone in mid left ureter. No pain is there. Now what to do? Is it curable by medicine?

Whenever I go for Urine I feel pressure to only on Left side of above genital. I remember earlier I felt pressure on both sides. What can be reason. How it can Be recovered.

I have taken a ct scan. In that report it shows both kidneys are enlarged and edematous. Left intra renal calculus noted measuring 0.3×0.3cm (HU 88) Calculus noticed in left lower ureter measuring 1.8×1.2cms(HU 566) with obstructive uropathy and dilation of pelvicalyceal system and proxymal ureter. Kindly explain how many stones I have and what is the size of it.
