Coagulase negative staphylococcus aureu
I have 10,000 CFU coagulase negative  staphylococci grown on culture and in urine routine 3-5 WBC or in  cbc WBC =12,000 multi drug are resistant so doctor give me amikacin 750 for 10 days my infection is treated or I'm live with this infection

Get a urine routine and culture done again to see if the infection is still there. If your symptoms have subsided then probably you do not have infection.
