Diagnosed with left renal cyst in USG. Sharp Lower back pain that radiates in front pelvic region. Pain in left thigh.

46 year old female, past medical history left renal dysfunction which was operated in 2003 and now on the basis of USG again the same kidney diagnosed with cyst.

Hi, experiencing pain on both side near ribs,mostly left kidney area, Sometimes side  abdomens feels like cramping, Ultrasound and CT scan both done 2.2×2.3 mm calculi in lower pole of left kidney, consulted urologists he's saying with such small stone  pain won't be there it will flush out, what should I do now, should I consult  Gastroenterologist?

I have done my blood test and my fasting came as 90 and pp as 365. Is it normal? I recently had pain at my left side of my stomach and did a check-up. She told that it's UTI. I have also undergone urine re as well urine culture test. Urine re report has not yet out but the culture report came normal.

My father diagnosis with staghorn calculi in both the kidneys ( 4 stones of 1cm in right and 3 stones two of 1 cm and 3cm one left) and also creatine level is high . Doctor precribed lobune forte , citralka syrup and asked to continue this for 3 months . And told there is not any surgery for such large stones. Can anyone guide me what would be better and safe options for this situation??
