Kidney Problems

I am a ADPKD patient and being regularly checked up in Madras Stanley hospital. I was advised not to exercise harder means, no gym or lifting weights, kindly confirm if I can exercise using my body weight, like Calisthenics or use Resistance bands? .. There is no restriction of food for me right now.. And also, I know there is no cure for this at present, will there be a find to cure this in the near future?

My father has an enlarged prostate for which he is taking medicines - tasulin-d and niftas100. He is also taking atorva 20 for kidney . He was taking minipress xl 2.5 but doctor has asked not to take it and suggested to take met xl25mg. But minipress xl 2.5 has added benefits as it gives protection to kidney. Can he comtinue taking minipress ? Or will it cause problem or any chemical interactions will take place?

I have a stone in my upper ureter of 8 mm I am taking medicine of homeopathic as well as allopathic ( distone) my doctor told me to go for surgery other wise it will stick in ureter and it will stop urine but it's 20 days have passed but I my urine is passing normally . Is it possible that 8 mm stone allowing the urine to passed normally from 4-5 mm ureter ?

I got swelling on my face hand as well feet so did urin routine it's came bacteria present showed to Doctor he suggested antibiotics for 5 days all puffyness redused and urin passed 10 to 15 times after stoped antibiotics again puffyness I can feely face getting water and heavyness and before start to antibiotics I have my urin for culture but that results came nagative... M really getting right side abdominal pain and while urin pass getting itching and burning m not getting conclusion for this problem what I should do pls help
