Hi I have had frequent urination since last 1 month..all my reports are normal..urine culture routine and ultrasound of abdomen and pelvic region...still since I had symptoms I have been given lefrofox 500 antibiotics but not much of relief..and
My ultrasound shows bulky uterus but my gynaec and urologist both mentioned it should not be an issue but this month I am having spotting since last 2 days but not having actual period which has never happened before so can this be connected and what should be my next steps

Frequent urination lasting for months is mostly due to bladder dysfunction which in females can be due to pelvic floor weakness or gynecological issues. Get a examination done by gynecologist and urologist
