Kidney Problems

Hi, My father is aged 65 years. Earlier he had uti infection and his creatinine was 3.5. His uric acid level was 8. We started giving him the following ayurvedic tablets from the last three months:- Chandra prabha vati Gokshuru guggal Punarnavadi mandoor Vrikdoshhar vati All tablets dosage ( one tablet twice a day). Now his creatinine level is reduced to 2.11, and uti infection is also cleared. Though his uric acid level is 7.84. It's almost 3 months, Should I continue the tablets or more than three month dosage could have any side effect . Any tablet to stop or start taking? Please suggest. Thanks

I was diagnosed with symptoms of prostatitis and in Ultrasound it was found i had an enlarged prostate. Now i feel pain at my genitals, most commonly at my penile shaft. I have difficulty passing urine and sensations at my penile shaft. I feel bladder is not empty after urine as well. Doc suggested for 4 week treatment with alfoo , merabegron, levoflaxocin. I was feeling good while the treatment was on, but once my meds are over , the symptoms seems to be back again in 4 days. Is this chronic one? Or Should i again consult doc for further treatment? is this due to BPH ? How long will it take to recover from this?

Hi Sir/Mam, My father's age is 65. He is having high BP issue and is on medicines of high BP and anti blood clotting from last 6 years. He is also having issue with one kidney. His one kidney is shrinked but is working. He is on protein less diet. His average Creatinine level is 2- 2.25. Day before yesterday he developed pain in his right foot. Though no inflammation or redness is there but he feel pain while walking and during the the night time. His (yesterdays) blood and urine test reports are as follows:- Serum Creatinine -2.11 Serum Uric acid 7.84 mg/dl Blood sugar -89.7 mg. Serum Creatinine -2.11 Cbc and urine analysis report is attached herewith. (As he is ckd patient having high Creatinine we cannot give any random painkiller as it may shootup the Creatinine level.) Requesting the doctors to please suggest some medicine to treat the high Uric acid and medicines to treat the foot pain.

Hi My uric acid is very high(9.7) but my kft is normal. Should I take medicines immediately or wait for some time?

Left kidney is normal in shape,size and position.E/o mild dilated PCS and whole ureter due to UV junction calculus measuring about 6mm in size.small tiny calculi measuring about 2mm is seen in calyceal system. Right kidney is normal in size,shape and position .PCS normal.A calculus measuring about 4mm is seen in mild calyces.ureter is normal in caliber . Is surgery mandatory ?

I have 5mg kidney stone in left kidney.did urine and stool check up and whole abdomen Ct scan. 15-20 hpf pus cells and 25-30 hpf epithelial cells found. Pls help what are the causes ?

Urine not getting freely,it's very pain while passing and not controlling when I feel getting urine,

Hi, it'd been few times I have felt pain on the left side of my lower abdomen. To be precise, on the side. When I try to bend down on my left side, I do get this pain. I am not sure what happened. I have never felt this pain before. Sometimes the sole of my left foot has pain and I do not know if it has something to do with kidney. What could be the possible reasons? Thank you
