Suffering frequent urination even after every 15 to 20 minutes and as of urination even after urinating

Is eract x sachet helpful in ED? Is it sos or need to use daily? Does it have any side effects? Plz advice how to use it?

In the night I wake up 3 times to go to toilet is there any way to prevent this please suggest. Any medicine

My grandfather having breathing problem was diagnosed with Chronic kidney decease having serum Cretenine 6.1 and serum urea 163.2 , BP 180/90 and blood haemoglobin 7.8. A general physician prescribed some medicine for bp . Should we go for dylasis, will it work? Please guide me. Thanks
