Kidney Problems

I notice red and black spec in urine before the starting of my period. No stain on the paper, just some spec in toilet and a few days later my period starts. Is this normal? I do not have a UTI and my initial dipstick result came normal with no inflammation . Could it be something else?

My mom is on dialysis from past 2 years she is having lymphocytes 8 and alkaline phosphatase is more in her recent report what should we do now
