Kidney Problems

Creatinine level is 1.26... should i go for medicine...what is the normal range of creatinine and what is the dangerous level...

I done my usg test and kidney urine culture test and RFT test and a more urine test do from parasitology but no bacteria found in my urine.   its all normal but when i wake up in morning i get dull pain near flank side and near bladder area and some different types of smell coming from my urine. I feel weakness when i wake up and all day after drinking a lots of water my mouth is dry. After eating food i feel very well. sometimes my legs are paining(cramps). I do not understand what is goingon nobody find the main reason of my health problems. Iam non-alcoholic, non- tobacco person i did not take that type of items. But iam confusing did i have a dehydration problem. Whenever i drink water my mouth was dry i drink 4-5 litres in a day. But i did not understand the main reason. I feel very ill in morning. Iam attaching my reports. Kindly provide me a best suggestions.

When I pass urine, I have to apply a lot of pressure. Sometimes it hurts around the area below navel and above the uterus. Please suggest the cure.

Sir/Madam, My mother (age 62 years) was hospitalised for 10 days because of covid. She was covid postive on day of discharge from hospital also. After discharge from hospital she took medicine for 7 days and then test for kidney function and other blood test conducted. Reports of parameters not in normal range is attached for reference. Now, after seeing the reports,Doctor prescribed these medicine. 1.Allopurinol tablet 100 mg (Zyloric) 2.Ceftum 500 mg 3.Immunoforty drop 4. Curaday( curcuminoids powerd with CoQ10 & piperine) 5. Lasilactone 50 mg 6. Ecosprin AV 75 mg I want to know that Kidney us having any problem or it is covid effect and will be normal after sometime. And infection is present then which part of body is still infected.
