Kidney Problems

Hello sir.. i recently got my full health preventive check up done with blood tests.. each parameter is quite within the range.. LIPIDS, LIVER FUNCTIONS, and KIDNEY FUNCTIONS all well inside the range.. only worrying aspect is Potassium came out to be 6.1 Plz guide me how to go ahead.. even my Creatinine is 0.8 and all other KFT parameters are good. Also No Iron Deficiency and CBC quite good.. vitD also good value. I repeated only Potassium test the next day and it still shows 5.8

While my husband did routine checkup in usg we found two cortical cysts measuring 29mm and 21 mm. What will we do now?? Is it polycystic kidney ? My husband is 33 years old

Ultra sound revealed two cortical cyst in left kidney. Is it polycystic kidney? Or it is chronic kidney disease? Age is 33.

Doctor, i am noticing that when i am urinating the last postion(little amt) is going without stream. Its at last only. Remaining  urine is going with normal stream. Is it normal

Right PU junction calculus (19mm) and right renal calculus (10mm) mild right sided hydronephrosis... Sir it need surgery for removal or have any medicines...?

Hello sir.. Recently my blood reports showed high potassium levels so i was asked to get checked my CPK as well.. Today i got report and CPK total came out to be 586 (range is 2-200 u/l) and CK-MB is 5.19 (range < 6.22 ng/ml) Please advise me how to go abt this elevated CPK level..and if CK-MB is normal then why total CPK is high?

Dear sir I have right groin pain since April Month.did ultrasound of lower abdomen, ultrasound of scrtom ,urine test,ct scan of lower abdomen.all test are normal this pain sometimea travel to my scrtom only in right side. I feel difficulty in bending in groin only in right side. Is this prostatitis ?

My brother had a GFRe test recently for kidneys and he has 83.54  >60ml/min in report creatinine is 1.10. I want to know is this a normal result or should I concern to a nephrologist. Please help and Thanks in advance.
