Pungent smell and stomach pain
It's been more than year since there's some pungent smell through my urine and now it has extended so much that I can literally smell through my pants .
Now couple of weeks ago , I thought of consulting the doctor , he thought it may be UTI and recommend me *niftas*. But after the dosage the smell still persists and pain too. Pain is just below the rib cage front and backside too and it disappears after a time . Can you suggest my what may be the cause ?
No blood and urine test done .
This are the only visible symptoms.
And yes there's intense hair fall and my hair has also started thinning out with male pattern baldness . There is no genetic baldness in my family .

MidNight Urination
Hi Dr., Whenever I eat fruits/dates/dry raisins for dinner everytime I have to wake up for urination at midnight aprx 1 or 2 am. I will eat by 8:00 pm, drink a glass of water(sometimes) at aprx 9:00 pm and go to bed at 10:30 pm. I will urinate before going to bed. Is this normal.
If I eat normal cooked food for dinner, no midnight urination(with or without water after food). Is this normal? Please advise.
Thanks.

High Blood Urea and Creatinine
My Grandmother is 94yrs old and was very stable and active. She fell down at bathroom 3days ago and slightly injured herself. From the 3rd day she wasn't able to speak properly and went in a state of confusion. Was experiencing pain in the lower back area probably from the fall.
After taking to hospital, CT scan was ok but KFT report was not good and showed Blood Urea of 153.4mg% and Serum Creatinine of 5.63mg/dl, Uric acid 8.40 mg/dl, Sodium 133.10mEq/L, Potassium 5.81mEq/L, Calcium 8.20mg/dl.
Her CBC also shows platelet count is also very low 0.58 Lacs/ul.
The doctor at hospital gave following medication: Panterp DSR, NephroSave Forte, Dytor 5mg, Ultramol, Citilek P, Meganeuron OD, Syrup Marirgyl
She was discharged the same day as doctor said nothing much can be done. Please suggest if there is any course of treatment to keep her stable and back to normal so that she can speak normally..which she was just two days ago and now she almost is in a state of confusion.
