Kidney Problems

Hello sir ,yesterday I took normal blood test for thyroid in which the test included parameters in that my Blood urea nitrogen level was 5.93mg/dL ...is it dangerous pls do answer

Week ago I faced some burning and inconvenience while passing infection. I referred to a GP and he prescribed urine test and confirmed uti. He prescribed uribid tablets for 5 days 2 each, zerodol tablets 3 days 2 each and citralka syrup. Completed the course couple of days ago and burning subsided. Was able to urinate freely. But today again little bit of burning in the tip started and some secretion feeling also there. One more thing was feeling strain in my left.leg. is this related too?

Hi, I had a kidney stone issue before 2 years. I did 2 surgeries for that PCNL in both the kidneys (18-25mm - 5 stones) but stone has reformed again (8mm). I have been suffering from pain in the  right side of stomach from last two months.
