6mm stone in UV junction and having urgency of passing urine ...so stone will pass on its own or I ll have to go for laser

My eage 20 years last four days i have left lower back pain so i go to the doctor and doctor told me to kidne functation test that report my blood serum creatin level:1.10 mg/dl and albumin :absent serum uric acid :5.16 mg/dl blood urea 29.13 mg/dl so tell me this pain is muscular and kidne pain please doctor tell some advice
