Pelvic phleboliths
So earlier i had been mis diagnosed with kidney stones when i got an ultrasound done as i had UTI & had severe flank pain on my right side. Then my urologist to confirm their presence prescribed CT Scan which showed that i had no kidney stones, but i had Few calcific foci - likely phleboliths noted in pelvis on both sides. My concern is whether this is something I should be worried about? Because it still is painful.

Nothing to worry about phleboliths. I think these are not a reason behind your problem. Can consult your doctor, discuss things and further evaluation may be needed accordingly.
