Diagnosed with three 10mm kidney stone.
I have been diagnosed with three 10mm approc kidney stone. Out of three, one of the stone dropped into the bladder and two are on the way. My question is when and how will I be able to pass it out through my penis? I am taking alfuzosin which helps me to urinate well enough and I am on good enough amout of fluids. Can you please help me out? I am from India.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety...If stones less than 7mm generally pass through spontaneously without surgical intervention...sometimes up to 1 cm stone can pass through...I would suggest you to take plenty of fluids orally and over the counter analgesics for pain relief and antibiotics like levofloxacin for 5 days...if no improvements consult nearest urologist they will help you further.
