I have one stone blocking my urinal tube so for that reason my doctor has prescribed me with "Tamsin-d 6mg"
Two tablets a day (morning and night each) for 5 days.
I have started my dosage since day before yesterday in the night.
Yesterday i was masturbating ,while doing so i noticed my penis wasnt that erect and also when i orgasmed there was no diacharge of semen.
I tried again to masturbate but my penis wasnt even getting erected .
