Kidney Problems

I am suffering from dull ache in flank left belly button side radiating to the left and lower back. Body continuos hot but temp is 96-97 only. Have attached my urine routine report. Is it anything to be investigated more.

I have ecoli  in my urine culture doctor prescribed me amikacin 750mg once for 10 days  because many drug are resistant 4 drug are sensitive it my infection cure  with this  injection or I'm died with this infection

My mother suffered with burning micturation and lower abdomen pain on and off since 6 months, doing CT scan with contrast-showing left kidney measures 87*55mm, fairly well defined enhancing endophytic lesion seen abutting inferior pole and partially crossing the inter polar line.lesion measures 27*33*29mm(CC*TR*AP) with enhancement and washout similar to the adjacent renal parenchyma in nephrographic and corticomedullary phases.it is causing upward displacement of the lower pole calyces.no evidence of calcification and fat attenuation.deepest point of the lesion measures 25mm from the renal sinus.renal capsule and perinephric planes are normal. -Moderate complexity(Nephrometry grading score-9), advised HPE correlation. -Complex left renal cyst in inter polar region-bosinak 2 This is the report, please advise treatment,and clarify this case is benign or malignant?

This query is for my wife, she is having burning sensation while and after urination. Took some medicines but not reducing. She is breastfeeding also. Please suggest any medication

My father's blood reports recently came and it shows a Serum creatinine of 1.3. On the basis of that calculation, eGFR is 58 which indicates mild to moderate decrease in Kidney function. His blood sugar levels are in the normal range, only cholesterol is high. Recently started with medication. He is already taking medication for hypothyroidism. As such there are no symptoms. Only through the blood reports we came to know of such high creatinine levels. How to stop the progression? BUN is normal. Uric Acid is high 7.4 normal levels are till 7.3.

Uterus is anteverted, anteflexed, normal in size and shape. It measures 6.1× 3.4× 2.5 cm. Myometrial echoes are homogenous. No focal lesson is seen. Endometrial lining well seen and central, measures 2.6 mm. Region of cervix shows few nabothian cysts. Bilateral parametrial ovarian veins are diluted, measuring 6 mm on right side and 4 mm on left side. No evidence of dilated intramyometrial veins. Both ovarian are not visualised- post menopausal atrophy. Cul-de-sac is clear

My mother is a hypertensive for past 5 years.. she is taking telma CT and betagard 25. She underwent knee replacement surgery one year back for osteoarthritis.. she underwent blood test yesterday.. her leucocyte count is 12500. He urea is 19.3. creatinine is 0.56. but her uric acid is 7.2.. is it a cause of worry. Her electrolytes are normal.. kindly advise..

My father's serum creatinine is 1.3, Uric Acid 7.4 and egfr is 58 which is indicative of CKD. Is there any medicine to stop it's progression? How to lower creatinine levels?

Urine culture positive bacteria in all the body or only in urinary tract and no problem in cbc And esr
