Kidney Problems

After watching vedio on you tube..I went for cranberry dry fruits but it didn't work for me yet.Shall I go for antibiotics or I should test for UTI first?

Dr. Few months ago I was suffering from Liver abscess problem and a minor stone in left kidney... But now both reports are clears i have no abscess and stone in my body.. But after some days I feel pain in piss tube and day by day it hurt to much... Burning every time I can't sleep properly and can't do anything.. Urgency problem is also start...kindely  suggest me something better for me

Hi Doctor.. On 1st janauray2021 i feel pain during urinating and  lastly 2/3 bloods drop I have noticed... Today I have done my URINE Routine test...and everything is normal in test... Only PUS CELLS 3-4WBC/HPF is it sign of infection... Thank you Happy new year🎉

Hello Doctor, this question is regarding on my father drinking habits. My father is drinking since 27 years. He is drinking 180 ml of whiskey without water. I have developed a boil with peanut size lump inside it in right side of scrotum just below groin area. It doesn't pain,pain only on touching. Little itchy. It is there for last few days. There is redness and swelling around. I have attached the picture. Please suggest what it is. How to treat it.

There is a lump like thing, which looks like boil from outside but has a peanut size mass within skin. It has developed in right side scrotum, just below groin area. I have attached the picture. It does pain but there is little swelling. I noticed it 3-4 days ago. How to treat it? What is it? Picture is attached.

Is Nefrosave tablet good for people with proteinuria? My HbA1C is 8.5 and BP is 145/90. GFR is 83 and creatine is 0.9. I am taking ramipril, statin, gliptin, metformin and insulin already. I have diabetes from 25 years and doctor recently advised to add Nefrosave.
