Kidney Problems

She is having stone in gall bladder and kidney. Earlier she was having in gall bladder but after than she started having little pain in kidney as well and when it was checked she found that their is stone in kidney as well.

Hello doctor, from past 6 months I am experiencing this Sharp pain only occurs during the start of urine and vanishes after wards and there is foam in urine and some times I will get some weird smell, don't know what's happening with me please kindly guide me through, thanks.

A well defined encapsulated enhancing mass lesion of approx size 3.9 * 3.5 cm noted arising expophytically from the lower pole of left kidney. It has a central stellate shaped non enhancing scar. What should be the preferred treatment for this? Should i undergo with surgery or not? Can i wait for atleast 1 month? Asking because i have gone through surgery just before 2 months and removed mass lesion  which was there near uterus and which is of not cancer type.. I am not facing any urine related problems in my daily routines.

My wife has carried out MRI scan for checking of stone in Kidney. I noticed following observation in the report "A 12x2mm right distal ureteric calculus with CT No :574 HU at S3 vertebral level causing mild proximal hydroureteronephrosis" Plz explain me what is the problem?
