Hi, I just started whey protein with low carb diet to reduce weight as I was in obese ie 93 kg last month. Weight is now 89 but my
uric acid rose to 7.
Is it normal or do I need to reduce whey. I m taking three scoops in day of 30 gm raw whey with 24 gm protein each.As per weight my protein intake is still within normal range ie 0.8 to 1.2g per kg weight.I also do 30-45 min of exercise in gym including cardio and weight training 4-5 days per week.Pls advise
